About the Role
The Associate Director, Client Services provides operational, technical, strategic, financial and administrative leadership to projects and Client Services to ensure the achievement of campus and goals objectives within a designated portfolio. The role works in partnership with members of the university community to plan, coordinate, and manage service roadmaps for various software and hardware solutions; the deployment of enterprise-level services; and the allocation of team resources to successfully complete projects and lead operations that align with the university's priorities. The Associate Director plans and leads campus operating and acquisition budgets and allocates technical and functional resources to ensure operational efficiency. In collaboration with the supervisor, the position contributes to strategic planning for the Client Services portfolio.
