PURPOSE OF ROLE
- As the Biddable Media Lead, you will be responsible for enabling key European markets to win in biddable media battlegrounds.
- Working in collaboration with our agency partners, you will implement best practice biddable media strategy, principles, processes, and tools, with common KPIs, while also adapting them to individual market environments.
- Your role will require thought leadership and hands-on interventions to drive effective delivery of core parts of the process, and unblock structural obstacles in biddable platforms, ultimately enabling media teams to deliver more diverse and progressive investment in biddable channels, using them to their full potential for efficiency and effectiveness
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will coordinate (on behalf of markets) the manual work that goes into increasing the inventory of our biddable media, so that we can achieve more quality, effective and efficient reach.
- You will ensure effective, progressive reach KPIs are met, and identify interventions required when they are not, some of which you will own the delivery of.
- You will assist with connecting pixels and tagging on our owned platforms to our biddable channels, so that markets may more easily carry out optimization goals
- Along with the Data Strategist, you will assist with ingesting data (1st, 2nd, 3rd ) into our biddable platforms so that our targeting may be more data-driven and relevant for our potential customers.
- You will be collaborator – well understanding the challenges in each European market, and partnering with markets and our agencies to identify critical interventions to unlock goals on top of the common global strategy and interventions.
CORE COMPETENCIES
- You are an expert in social, search and programmatic and know how to deliver results in this space, understanding how to use goal setting, inventory creation and account structure to use these channels to their full potential. You have a track-record of reducing CPM, whilst upholding quality standards.
- Programmatic Inventory: Experience and knowledge with increasing programmatic inventory and supply.
- Project Managment; you create and motivate teams around you to deliver brilliant execution. You translate strategy into action.
- Detail-orientated: everything in biddable media is measurable so you insist on periodical and transparent measurement and evaluation for our key channels and share back savings
- Experience with cookies, pixels and website tagging and how these all can improve the relevance of adverts on biddable platforms.
- Metric expert, you help markets uncover new brands new metrics that matter beyond reach and impressions.
- Experience with AI and DCO principles, allowing algorithms to conclude the next best action for our brands and media.
