The Job:
T he incumbent is responsible for the site inspection of all building services, electrical and mechanical services works. He / She is also required to prepare the relevant documents for site inspections of the BS / E&M services installations and to monitor the site work progress of the BS / E&M services installations.
Requirements:
Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; and
Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSE or Grade "E" in HKCEE, or equivalent; and
At least ten (10) years relevant site experience including six (6) years post-qualification experience in the capacity of Building Services Inspector
Experience with ArchSD project is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Attendance of the following safety training is an advantage:
Occupation Safety and Health Management Course;
Basic Accident Prevention Course;
Construction Industry Safety Card Course (Green Card); and
Certified Worker Training Course for Confined Spaces.
