We are now looking for a Supply Chain Management Business Controller to join our world-rocking team in our Helsinki HQ. We want you to be, just like us, super passionate about improving business performance by developing data based cost management with insightful cost breakdowns and should cost model.

You will be working as the right hand of the Head of Supply Chain and play a vital role in driving the business towards profitable growth by preparing financial analysis with clear recommendations. You have strong analytical skills with a business-oriented mindset, coupled with an ability to communicate throughout the organization. You will be working in a dynamic work environment in close collaboration with your colleagues with focus on the business and the numbers.
What you’ll do
Performance tracking and turning data into insights
- Enhance business performance by proactively working with the Supply Chain Team to identify and analyze business opportunities, intervene on fundamental issues, challenge and provide financial leadership on strategic projects
- Develop and implement necessary reports, tools, and trainings to enable the organization to use them.
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports and presentations to the management and board of directors.
Coordinate integrated business planning process
- Leading SCM forecasts, ensure that the commercial and operational perspective is fully captured.
- Financial forecasting of COGS (recipe, packing, manufacturing, logistics).
- Checking and analyzing the data and preparing insightful presentations of the future performance.
Being a finance business partner for the Oddlygoodians
- Build business cases in close collaboration with the Head of Supply Chain and Business Managers to grow our retail and food service business in line with the strategy.
- Participating to regular business follow-ups, ensuring forecast accuracy, flagging risks and opportunities as well as creating mitigation plans together with business teams at an early stage.
- Various ad hoc analysis from finance manager and Head of Supply Chain or from other management.
What makes you one of us
- Master's Degree in Accounting or similar.
- 5+ years’ experience of similar tasks, preferably in FMCG
- Good understanding of Supply Chain models, logistics, and stock management
- Analytical mindset, with keen understanding of the drivers of a consumer goods/retail business.
- An excellent Excel user and experience from one of the following BI tools: Power BI, Qlik Sense or Tableau.
- You have excellent communicational skills in English and Finnish.
- Last but not least, you have a willingness to put your personality fully in the game and build great team spirit among all Oddlygoodians.
