Important Company Information/Requirements
- Company is located in a state where the government requires pre-employment drug testing and on-going monthly drug testing for this position.
- 6 week required training program beginning July 10th. Work hours are flexible upon completion of the training program.
- Must have internet access at employee residence.
Summary:
The position is responsible for maintaining claims inventory goals by accurately processing claims for assigned workload.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing all claim types for assigned workload, maintaining a 10 day or less turnaround time
- Interpret and understand Plan Document provisions
- Work priority queue and various other claim queues within the priority queue
- Maintain claims email mailbox, supporting Customer Service and Account Executives
- Maintain void and refund process
- Maintain HPS process
- Maintain Zelis process
- Handle subrogation cases
- Projects or other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have 6 months - 1year of related experience. The candidate should also be proficient in working with QicLink, Rims or VBA systems. Additional skills to perform the job sucessfully include:
- General knowledge of employee benefits
- Detail orientated and attention to accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook
