Responsibilities:
- Handles effective customer master data workflow requests for Essential Foods Bakeries
- Administer customer master data on SAP
- Validation of geo co-ordinates of all customers vs physical delivery address
- Administer general customer data eg classification; customer market segment; partner data
- Validation of pricing hierarchies vs member lists
- Assist with Information Steward rules validation. (Customers)
- Daily control reports executed & follow-ups conducted
- Ensure swift & efficient resolution of all customer queries
- Maintain sound customer relations through effective sales force liaison
- Service Level Agreement & Standard Operating Procedure adherence & execution
- Matric
- Microsoft skills -especially Excel
- Accuracy
