MIYA Creative Care provides creative arts therapies to care partners in long-term care, hospice, disability services, and more. We offer music therapy, art therapy, and dance/movement therapy services that promote wellness, healing, and personal growth.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator to help us build relationships with potential and ongoing care partners, including long-term care facilities, hospices, retirement communities, mental health organizations, and disability services. The successful candidate will use our CRM system, HubSpot, to keep track of leads and follow-up activities.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential care partners in the healthcare industry, including long-term care facilities, retirement communities, mental health organizations, and disability services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in potential care partner organizations.
- Use HubSpot to keep track of leads and follow-up activities.
- Schedule and attend meetings with potential care partners to introduce MIYA Creative Care's services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote MIYA Creative Care's services.
- Attend healthcare industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential care partners.
- Track and analyze marketing metrics and prepare reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, healthcare administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in community engagement, marketing, or sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, HubSpot experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Passion for healthcare, wellness and the creative arts.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
