Compensation and Benefits manager [Kuwait]


 

Contribute to the creation of Reward strategy and policies, and implement and administer all employee Compensation and Benefits plans in compliance with the Company's strategy, and labor regulations.

Requirements

Participate in the development of the HR Policy
Provide advice to employees, Department Heads and Executive Management on the policy interpretations
Benchmark and evaluate HR Planning and Organizational Development policies and practices
Analyze company's current and future workforce requirements
Ensure that workforce planning results are integrated with talent and succession planning strategy and objectives
Participate in market reward surveys with external consultants to assess the Company's competitive position versus comparative businesses.
Analyze compensation and benefits across Company business units and recommend modifications
Create annual compensation and benefits plans, budgets, and employee costs.
Maintain job descriptions and job families to document jobs.

Professional Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in Compensation and Benefits function
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
Experience in the Middle East is an advantage
