RESPONSIBILITY:
- To assist in preparing and updating the Reservations Departmental Operations Manual.
-To ensure that an organized and efficient filing system is implemented for the department.
- Ensure to deliver the brand promise and always provide exceptional guest service.
- To handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
- Ensure to provide excellent service to internal customers as appropriate.
- To assist in creating social media stories, and content whenever necessary.
- Ensure that all guest details are entered correctly in accordance with the principles of clean data.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in English
- Communicative
- Team worker
- Flexible in time
- Minimum 2 years experience in related industry (tourism/hospitality)
- Able to join immediately
