Customer Solutions Advisor - Administration

Salary: From £21,255 depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and discretionary annual bonus.
Location: Leeds, Hybrid

Hours: Monday – Friday 08.00-16.15 or 09.00 – 17.15

As an Advisor at our Contact Centre, this means working together to navigate our customers’ journey and bring people back to financial health.

Your mission:

With a focus on a first-time resolution, you’ll work with your team where your mission will be to achieve the right outcome for the customer, delivering excellent customer service by responding to customer emails, letters and managing back office processes. You’ll understand our customers individual circumstances, which may difficult, and you will guide them to through it, whilst working towards SLA’s. The role may be challenging, but you can make a real impact on peoples’ lives.

At Lowell together we go further, and with support you will accountable for your development to become multi-skilled in workflows that do not frequently involve live interaction with the customer, client or third party, you'll develop knowledge to deliver fair customer outcomes or understand how to use the appropriate escalation processes, whilst meeting our regulatory requirements.

  • To be customer focused with excellent customer service skills.

  • To have excellent letter writing skills and strong verbal communication skills.

  • To be empathetic and have the ability to build rapport and put our customers at ease especially through written communication.

  • To be a lateral thinker with the ability to use your own initiative.

  • To have previous experience in a customer service correspondence role, ideally within a regulated environment.

  • A starting salary of from £21,255

  • A discretionary annual bonus for a job well done, earn up to 10% of your annual salary.
