CX/UX Designer [Denmark]

You will have an important role in fulfilling Vestas' digital vision of designing, bringing to market and sustaining valuable and useful digital customer experiences. This cuts across customer journey, design and product-led disciplines such as insights gathering, testing and learning with customers, cross-disciplinary design sprints and daily UX product design within our core digital product teams - our eCommerce, customer engagement and self-service products.


Responsibilities

Creating new ideas and turn the best ones into possible future concepts and drive the CX/UX product quality together with Software Engineers, Product Owner and Business Area Lead will be your primariy focus. Also, creating, owning and sustaining product related customer journey maps will be part of your role.

  • Designing from user insights and business needs.
  • Facilitating collaboration and feedback loops with stakeholders and customers, and demonstrating the design solutions to various audiences for feedback and validation.
  • Articulating your design through prototypes and detailed UX design when needed.
  • Providing immediate customer feedback to the product team on the implemented solutions.
  • Usability and A/B testing design solutions.
  • Documenting design solutions in a high-level yet structured manner.
  • UX writing.

Qualifcations

  • Bachelor's or master's degree within the field of Digital Design, and 5+ years of experience as UX Designer.
  • Experience in working objective based e.g., with OKRs.
  • Customer experience and products related to B2B within i.e., manufacturing / service business, or even renewable energy.
  • Working with and creating a component library, even maybe a design system.
  • Fluent in English in both speech and writing - Danish is not a prerequisite.

Additional Information

  • The role will be based in Aarhus or Copenhagen, Denmark. Travel between locations should be expected as key team members and stakeholders are located in both locations.
