About The Role:

The purpose of this role is to maintain the content & site administration across our client's websites, delivering an exceptional customer experience that drives conversions and engagement. This includes executing marketing campaigns online to the highest standard and identifying new content opportunities.

Role Accountabilities:
  • Approving & managing customer reviews
  • Managing empty searches
  • Maintaining accurate size guides
  • Daily proofing and auditing of the websites
  • Category & navigation mapping
  • Building product and trend collections
  • Plan out weekly homepages & content in advance, taking into consideration current trends, the campaign offers and wider marketing activity across EDM, stores and social
  • Provide comprehensive content briefs for our internal design team, that include clear direction and deadlines
  • Communicate and collaborate with our Campaign Manager to optimise web content in line with all promotional activity
  • Accurately build, proof and schedule online content & homepages in a timely fashion
  • Continuously brainstorm and seek new ways to maximise online sales through our web content, messaging and functionality
  • Continuously monitor and test the effectiveness of all website content touchpoints, reporting on banner clicks and top-selling products online
  • Review regular performance reports to understand where the opportunity lies to drive online sales
  • Keep the wider team up to date weekly by showcasing up-and-coming content on the site
  • Provide support to the wider Digital & Marketing team as and where necessary

About You:
  • Qualifications in Marketing, Communications preferred
  • At least one years’ experience in a similar or Ecommerce assistant role
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience
  • Strong relationship builder amongst the team and wider team
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • High attention to detail
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines & is highly organised
  • Collaborative spirit
  • Honest and has integrity
