Facility management is part of Mobileye operations division, providing corporate services in Haifa.
What will your job look like:
- Full responsibility of the site facility to high performance standards.
- Responsible for and manage the day-to-day site maintenance, cleaning, cafeteria, logistic, and other site services.
- Plan and manage full year operational budget as well as improvement projects.
- Project management, construction and improvements.
- Manage employees and contractors.
- Lead and manage service providers for the site.
- Work directly with all stakeholders to provide the required services.
- Work with external key members like the landlord and municipality.
All you need is:
- At least 5 years experience in managing teams.
- Proven experience as facility manager.
- Proven experience in managing budgets and building work plans.
- Prior experience in working with diverse interfaces and/or work in a global organization.
- Leader, self-motivated and ability to work independently.
- Service oriented, positive, proactive, and constructive approach
- Team player, working capability with all level employees and managers.
- Excellent and clear communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to generate reports from different sources and analyze them.
- Possible mobility within Israeli company sites as needed.
- Fluent English capabilities in writing, reading, and speaking.
- Professional capabilities in project management.
- Qualified electrician and/or handyman maintenance are an advantage.
- Bachelor academic degree is required.
