DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for overall plant management effectiveness
- Plan, coordinate and direct various functional teams to achieve operating objectives set by the company
- Plan and monitor operating budgets with a view to ensuring optimization of resources and achieving quality, output andmanufacturing standards
- Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements at all times
- Initiate and implement continuous improvement plans and minimize wastage
- Create and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Develop and plan for plant automation
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- MBA/Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering(Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Chemistry, Polymer Technology/Science or equivalent with at least 12 year(s) of relevant workingexperience.
- Possess strong leadership, communication, conceptualized, innovative and organizational skills and result-oriented.
- Familiar with a quality management system in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in lean manufacturing would be an added advantage.
- Good leadership skills with the ability to lead subordinates to achieve company goals.
- Good interpersonal skills and a positive problem-solving approach.
- Good decision maker, analytical and logical thinking person.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Klang.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to RM12,000.00 per month
