Fraud Management Officer [South Korea]


 

You will be responsible for…

  • Lead day-to-day analysis to monitor fraudulent switch requests and generate relevant reports for internal stake holders.
  • Reviewing new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency related to fraud and inventory management.
  • Analyzing data to identify operational trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams within the organization to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
  • Coordinating with a variety of business units to develop, test, and refine required business processes / practices.
  • Leveraging data to drive continuous improvement in areas such as frequency, blacklisting, switch restriction and corresponding proactive measures.
  • Creating action plans for tools and technology needed to ensure improvement in processes.

You will require the following qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with minimum of 1+ years of experience in Operations Excellence in an MNC, preferably within Tech/ Insurance industry.
  • Exceptional analytical, creative, technical project management and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong quantitative capabilities. Adept at drawing conclusions from a variety of data sources.
  • Prioritizes tasks according to business objectives and can pursue several objectives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications, especially MS PowerPoint and Excel.
