Job Title: Content Writer Freelance with E-commerce experience
Job Summary:
We are a D2C brand seeking a highly creative and experienced content writer freelance to join our team and help us to create compelling, innovative, and engaging content for our brand website and all channel listings, including bullet points, titles, and descriptions. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce and a passion for writing that drives customer engagement and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop creative and innovative content for our brand website and other channels' listings, specially Amazon, including product descriptions, titles, bullet points, and other relevant information.
2. Create content that aligns with the brand's tone, voice, story and style guidelines.
3. Work collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure that content meets business objectives and target audiences.
4. Conduct research to understand the brand, target audience, and competitors to create effective and compelling content.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer behaviour, and social media changes to adapt content strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
2. At least 2 year of experience in content writing, preferably in e-commerce.
3. Strong writing and communication skills with a passion for storytelling and creating compelling content.
4. Demonstrated ability to understand a brand's voice and tone and translate it into written content.
5. Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and experience in using keywords to improve search engine ranking will be preffered.
6. Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
