- Develop and propose marketing plan to drive marketing strategies into implementation in order to achieve business objective
- Training such as monthly brand training and infield brand training to sales forces and team to understand knowledge, how to utilize brand strategies and key messages.
- Create new promotional materials to support sale forces such as literatures , gimmicks and promotional aids to deliver brand key messages with alignments.
- Co-ordinate with KOLS doctors and developed KOLS to deliver key messages via marketing event
- Provide scientific information of brands to share clinical data to HCPs eg doctors, pharmacist, nurse.
- Take a leadership position in establishing initiatives in key priority project and assignment
