Insurance Training Facilitator

We seek the services of a training facilitator who is well versed in the insurance industry.

Purpose of the job:

Responsible for developing and implementing robust training programs.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Lead, direct, advise and take initiative to design and implement organization development intervention/ initiatives successfully within the organization
  • Passionate and effective development and delivery of the insurance training academy
  • Weekly updates and reporting
  • Training Needs Analysis, develop new training material.
  • Conceptualized the structure, methodology, framework and implementation.
  • Introduce and implement various initiatives to improve employee effectiveness
  • Establish a more systematic approach to talent development and succession planning practices

Minimum requirements:

  • 8 years + of robust HR / Insurance Training and Development experience
  • Diploma in Training and Development would be an added advantage
  • Relevant accreditation with relevant Seta

Competencies:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including group facilitation and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including leadership, influencing and relationship building across the business.

Salary: Up to R20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
