Insurance Training Facilitator
We seek the services of a training facilitator who is well versed in the insurance industry.
Purpose of the job:
Responsible for developing and implementing robust training programs.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Lead, direct, advise and take initiative to design and implement organization development intervention/ initiatives successfully within the organization
- Passionate and effective development and delivery of the insurance training academy
- Weekly updates and reporting
- Training Needs Analysis, develop new training material.
- Conceptualized the structure, methodology, framework and implementation.
- Introduce and implement various initiatives to improve employee effectiveness
- Establish a more systematic approach to talent development and succession planning practices
Minimum requirements:
- 8 years + of robust HR / Insurance Training and Development experience
- Diploma in Training and Development would be an added advantage
- Relevant accreditation with relevant Seta
Competencies:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including group facilitation and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills including leadership, influencing and relationship building across the business.
