We ‘re on a mission to find the best talent out there. We are now looking for a talented Junior IT Technician to join our IT team in our offices in Limassol,Cyprus .
Duties:
- Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components
- Install, configure, and support copiers, fax machines, printers, scanners and miscellaneous peripheral hardware
- Provide 1st level support to users for all computer hardware and software issues or queries
- Troubleshoot software and hardware systems, such as computers/laptops, telephony systems and network devices
- Repair and or replace damaged computer and/or network components
- Maintain the up-to-date technical documentation
- Desktop OS administration/ network operating systems
- Carries out any further duties assigned
Qualifications:
- Relevant certificates or College Diploma in Computer Engineering/Computer Science
- Previous experience in a relevant role will be considered as an advantage
- Experience with Active directory, Exchange and Windows Infrastructure, Cisco Technologies will be considered as an advantage
- Very good interpersonal skills and customer-oriented attitude
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Greek
