During the Young Professional Program IT (also known as YPPIT) at Rabobank you work on your career one day a week by following technical training, or you work on your personal development. You develop talents you didn’t know you had and we are given the space to discover for yourself what you are good at and what you like. And then? Everything you learn in the training courses can immediately be put into practice, because the other 4 days you work in your starter position in a position as Junior Scrum Master, combining DevOps Engineer activities. Under the guidance of experienced colleagues, you will become a specialist in your field in no time. In addition, in the program you will work together with the team on 2 business challenges on themes such as the cooperative energy transition.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and pragmatic Scrum Master with a background as DevOps engineer, who would like to work in a challenging and international environment to enable the bank in providing relevant financial services to our clients. You will be a part of Tribe External Reporting.
Examples
As Junior DevOps engineer you are able to combine one or more technical specialties with the capability of taking over basic activities of other specialists on the team (analysis, development and testing).
As a Scrum Master it is important to create an environment in which people feel trusted and develop/grow together.
Helping in resolving different impediments occurring in the Workflow squad's.
As Junior DevOps engineer you are able to convince people independently within the team and stakeholders outside the team of release deliverables and quality standards.

To become the specialist in your professional field, in the Young Professional Program IT 1 day a week you mainly attend training courses that that support your talent development. The courses are often given by experienced colleagues or trainers with a track record.
