Job Description:
- Responsible for food preparation, maintaining the kitchen equipment / utensils cleanliness and hygiene
- Quick in food preparation and is able to cope with fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ensure minimum wastage in food preparation and washer duty
- Ensure freshness of food ingredients and raw materials, ensure FIFO (First-in-First-Out) of food ingredients and raw materials
- Clean food preparation area and kitchen equipment to ensure clean safe food handling practices
- Any other duties as and when assigned by Head Chef
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in the F&B industry is an advantage
- Responsible and maintain positive attitude with a high level of energy at all times
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 35 per week
Salary: $2,200.00 - $3,000.00 per month
