We are currently looking for a Laboratory & Compliance Executive in Karacabey Factory Quality Team who will be responsible for ensuring the proficiency and optimal functioning of the laboratory in order to provide the best analytical services to the factory and market.
Key Experiences
- University degree (Food Engineering or related fields)
- Min 5 year experience in microbiology, chemical lab and budget management
- Experience in analysis and method verification processes
- Experience in sensory analyses processes
- Successful in training, performance and complaint management of sensory analyses.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the Chemistry and Microbiology Laboratory with new technology which serves to related plants
- Responsible for the correct and cost-efficient functioning of the laboratory, including personnel safety, availability of equipment to carry out analyses, internal and external quality control
- Responsible for the correct and on time reporting of results to customers
- Validate and establish validation dossiers for new methods for product analysis and existing methods according to Nestlé validation standards
- Measure operator performance and accuracy of rapid method equipments used in production lines
- Manage Quality Budget in order to ensure analysis, lab and Pest expenditures are line with targeted FFOH
- Ensure E2E product compliance verification and monitoring is in place within factory through laboratory process management
- Ensure required checks are carried out and correctly entered into the quality systems for product compliance (CAT)
- Responsible from Sensory complaints, trend analysis, root cause analysis and structural action plan fro Confectionary and Beverages
- Ensure the monitoring of key quality parameters by means of statistical process control in order to drive structured root cause analysis and continuous improvement in the quest for zero defect
