The Role
We are currently seeking a full time Loyalty Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this role will be responsible for supporting the marketing team and loyalty programs by executing effective customer communications and optimizing the performance of campaigns to improve customer engagement and improving profitability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist with strategy development for Beacon loyalty programs
- Mentor and manage the Loyalty assistant.
- Manage the production, scheduling and deployment of all email communications associated with loyalty campaigns to drive revenue and optimise future campaigns
- Develop loyalty campaigns (including promotional communications and automated customer journeys) that drive revenue through acquisition, retention, cross-sell and up-sell
- Execute front-end email development to produce best-in-class and customised communications
- Oversee audience segmentation strategies based on insights gathered across all channels (email, social, paid media, customers)
- Design and execute testing strategies based on key hypotheses to deliver actionable learnings that contribute to both business and channel growth
- Coordinate creative assets with design team to ensure all email content is on brand and consistent in style
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and goals, and manage all requests designed for loyalty campaigns
- Maintain the promotional marketing calendar as needed and manage email production to ensure deliverables and deployments stay on schedule
- Understand and analyse campaign performance metrics to communicate regular KPI reports & performance trends
About You
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
- Excellent written communication skills and basic HTML coding skills with the ability to problem solve
- 1-2 years of experience using Emarsys (preferred) or similar email services/marketing automation platform to send personalised communications
- Experience managing privacy (CAN-SPAM, CASL) compliance preferred
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a competence in reviewing and understanding data
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with colleagues across multiple business areas
