ME&I Clerk
Braya Renewable Fuels is looking for an energetic and self-motivated team member to join the Quality team at the Refinery in Come By Chance.
The successful applicant will be working with the Quality department to become exposed to multiple functions of Engineering and Inspection program
Required Qualifications:
- Entry level to 3 years' experience with Engineering and Inspection
- Experience with using Asset Management Software an asset but not a requirement
- Good organizational skills, good communication skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently
- Familiarity with the field of Engineering and Inspection
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point and other system applications
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Data entry
- Uploading/downloading UT surveys from data loggers into PSAims (Asset Management Software)
- Manually entering UT/RT surveys into PSAims, including adding Equipment Circuits and components codes.
- Linking documents to PSAims including Safety Valve, Seal Tech Forms, Visual Inspection Reports, E/C recommendations, Commission Forms, Vessel Recertification's and any other document/memo related to inspection findings. Including adding any recommendations with priority, work order number and goal dates.
- Data Logger and Camera sign in/out.
- Manage time sheets
- Maintain overtime list, ensuring accuracy on weekly bases.
