As a Printing and Advertising Factory Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the printing and advertising factory. You will be responsible for managing and supervising the production team, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that the factory operates safely and efficiently, and that all employees adhere to the company's policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the printing and advertising factory, including scheduling, production, and quality control.
· Manage and supervise the production team, including training, and evaluating employees.
· Ensure that all printing and advertising jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
· Monitor inventory levels of printing and advertising materials and supplies, and order additional supplies as needed.
· Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and other factory-related information.
· Ensure that the factory operates safely and efficiently, and that all employees adhere to the company's policies and procedures.
· Identify opportunities to improve factory operations, and implement changes as needed.
· Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
· Previous experience in a supervisory role in a printing & advertising factory.
· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Knowledge of printing and advertising industry standards and best practices.
