About the Team:
Quality Escalation is the heart of Talixo, it is a Team which is responsible for deciding which processes have a positive impact on our quality and which of them need to be adjusted to make the passengers satisfied with our services. The Team’s main task is to make sure each Talixo Ride is a Perfect Ride.
You do not have to have a huge experience to join us but the motivation and the natural curiosity with a desire to learn are a must.
What you’ll be doing:
Executing daily client support including responding to questions/complaints and following up on reported issues;- Flagging main quality issues and suggesting process updates
- Analysing driver tracking reports
- Providing feedback to Talixo drivers/ fleets on quality & process related challenges
Job requirements:
Must have:
- willing to work in a start-up-environment.
- enjoy working with international clients and are fluent in English
- good problem solver
- well organised and structured
- team player
Nice to have:
- have some experience in customer support;
- knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- have some experience in customer support;
