- Attends to complaints/problems of clients and reports the same to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Introduces newly published/revised books to clients and prospective clients.
- Prepares Order Forms for clients' orders and forwards the same to the Sales Secretary.
- Prepares a list of books for examination copies to be given to clients/prospective clients after being approved by the Regional Sales Manager.
- Acts as Collector in its absence.
- Does other works that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
- Willing to travel on the assigned area and nearby cities, islands, or provinces
Minimum Qualifications
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Exposure to Institutional Sales (business to business) is a plus
- Customer Service experience is a must
