Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate Shipments for Specific Accounts: Manage the coordination of shipments for designated accounts, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods.
- Quotation Preparation: Analyze freight rates, transportation charges, manpower costs, and other relevant expenses to prepare accurate and competitive quotation requests for customers.
- Quotation Preparation for Different Modes of Transportation: Prepare comprehensive and tailored quotations for air freight, sea freight, and road transportation, considering specific customer requirements.
- Shipment Tracking and Customer Updates: Monitor and track the movement of shipments in collaboration with overseas agents, providing regular updates to customers regarding their cargo status.
- SOP Maintenance and Documentation: Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), contact matrices, and transport mapping documents to ensure efficient operations and clear guidelines for team members.
- Customer Issue Resolution: Collaborate closely with customers to address common or recurring service issues, actively seeking improvement opportunities and providing effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Risk Management Solutions: Demonstrate flexibility and creativity in developing alternative risk management solutions to ensure smooth recovery from service disruptions, minimizing customer impact.
- Quotation and Tender Support: Assist in the preparation of quotations and tender management activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
- Customer Satisfaction and Complaint Resolution: Proactively follow up with customers after sales calls to ensure their ongoing satisfaction, promptly addressing any concerns or complaints to maintain strong customer relationships.
Job Requirements
- Min Degree holder
- Degree holder without prior experience with attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply
- Good team player with the ability to work independently
- Knowledge in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
