Description:
- Responsible of the Smart Operations deployment road map in a site
- Project Management competency, Business knowledge & Digital Savvy profile are required
- Manage cross functional teams, implement smart solutions aiming process robustness, efficiency and productivity.
- Responsible for employee training and competence levels required to ensure customer demand
Main activities
- Manage the Smart Operations deployment road map in their site based on Site Manager annual site roadmap.
- Is accountable of the Business Case management of the site linked to the Smart Solutions Catalogue (BCI creation, BCI approval, registration in CanPortal, …) under the responsibility of the Site Digital Talent
- Support managers to identify Digital Talents and Edison for their site.
- Collect and select improvement opportunities and ideas from various sources and make the connection with digital solutions.
- Lead Smart Operation internal projects follow-up with Site Digital Talents & Site Management Committee.
- Implement the Smart Solutions in collaboration with their Cluster RSMR (Regional Sub-Matter Referent), their Cluster Central Support Function (CS&Q, SC Manufacturing, M&M, …) and Schneider Digital
- Ensure the good level of collaboration with Digital Talents of their Site to deploy the different solutions
- Promote and manage the deployment of the Digital Solutions to ensure process robustness, efficiency and productivity
- Represent their Site during Smart/DQAI/SPS Monthly Review with Central Support Functions
- Increase awareness and digital acumen level of site population
- Network continuously with Digital communities being part of one or several communities to share and replicate the best practices.
- Elaborates training plans where necessary for successful execution of standardized work, leads short interval management at sector level, formulates / escalates issues where necessary.

Requiremnets:
- Degree in related fields.
- 2+ years experience
- Advanced English Level.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Quality improvement tools, techniques & models
- Performance management tools
