Responsibilities:
Plan, develop and execute sustainability strategies/initiatives for different investment properties under the Group
Responsible for the Company's sustainability communication to promulgate the Company's sustainability efforts and enhance stakeholder engagement both internally and externally
Work closely and collaborate with representatives of different investment properties both in Hong Kong and PRC to compile yearly sustainability report and conduct sustainability assessment
Driving the Company's community investment initiatives such as volunteering programmes and charity events
Support the Company's implementation of ISO Integrated Management System (ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001)
Identifying the sustainability focuses, supporting the development of the Company's sustainability strategies that reflect the environmental, social, and governance issues important to the Company
Providing regular updates and reports for the Company's Sustainability Steering Committee
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Environmental Management / Communications / Corporate Sustainability / Marketing or related disciplines
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with exposure in listed companies and strong knowledge of international sustainability standards and guidelines
Hands-on experiences in developing and managing sustainability projects and initiatives, including emissions targets and reduction, community affairs, and corporate environmental management projects, etc.
Experience in implementing ISO management systems and meeting regulatory requirements by using standards, procedures and processes
Self-starter and passionate about driving business value through ESG
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities with the capacity to achieve collaborative results
Strong command of sustainability-related data analytics
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
