Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering departments, preferably in Electrical/Energy Engineering, from reputable universities.
- Minimum 3 years of testing and commissioning experience.
- Experience in construction projects and especially in the renewable energy sector with a proven record of solar energy projects.
- Familiarity with various testing techniques as well as vast knowledge of engineering.
- Proficiency in using testing tools.
- Knowledge of quality standards and regulations with hands-on Quality Management Systems experience.
- Additional certification in quality assurance is an asset.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Good command of Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Having analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Experience in executing multinational teams is nice to have.
- Result-oriented and multi-tasking with good time management skills.
- No travel restriction.
Job Decsription:
- Conducting all types of tests for products/ services in line with industry standards or other technical specifications/ legal requirements, using necessary testing tools.
- Preparing testing schedules/programs.
- Performing site tests and commissioning transformers.
- Undertaking testing and commissioning activities in line with the specified site requirements.
- Determining testing parameters in collaboration with related departments.
- Writing test plans and creating test scenarios for products/ services.
- Conducting quality assurance and performance tests using new procedures.
- Dealing with troubleshooting and applying testing procedures, determining failures, and recording.
- Making sure that corrections are made in line with quality standards.
- Preparing test reports, analyzing the related parameter-based results.
- Identifying problems and shortcomings with existing systems.
- Coordinating testing and commissioning activities and providing advice on testing and commissioning procedures and documentation.
- Review pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures and verify their fulfillment with grid code and contracts requirements.
- Identify types of testing required to achieve commissioning scope and oversee testing and commissioning processes throughout each stage of the project lifecycle.
- Review commissioning reports and O&M manuals.
- Take part in the commissioning process on site.
- Undertake performance analysis of PV plant.
- Full knowledge of operating testing equipment requires for PV plant
