Roles and Responsibilities:
- Implementing Employee Welfare Schemes & Welfare Activities.
- Communicating welfare policies and programs to employees and providing advice on how to access them.
- Developing and implementing welfare policies and programs to promote employee well-being and improve their quality of life.
- Conduct regular welfare assessments to identify improvement areas and make management recommendations.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with external welfare organizations to ensure that employees have access to the best possible support services.
- Supporting employees who are experiencing personal or work-related problems, and referring them to appropriate support services when necessary.
- Conduct meetings in the Canteen, prevention of sexual harassment, health & safety, and grievance, and educate them in all aspects.
- Coordinating and delivering employee training and development programs aimed at improving employee well-being, including stress management, mental health awareness, and work-life balance.
- Organizing employee engagement activities and events that promote team-building, social interaction, and employee morale.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date welfare records and reports, and providing regular updates to management.
- Managing the welfare budget, ensuring that expenditure is within budget limits, and providing regular reports to management.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
