Job Description
- Provide legal advice and guidance on matters relating to anti-trust, competition, labor law, consumer-facing legal matters, and related to branding/marketing.
- Review and draft legal agreements, including contracts.
- Manage legal risks associated with business operations and strategies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis of relevant legal issues.
- Advise on potential legal risks and provide proactive recommendations to mitigate those risks.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 9 years of experience as a Legal Counsel/Corporate Legal, preferably in the consumer goods industry
- Bachelor of Law degree from a reputable university, overseas education will be an advantage
- Excellent understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations pertaining to consumer goods, including but not limited to anti-trust, competition, and labor laws.
- Proven track record of providing proactive and assertive legal advice to global/regional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
