About this role

The role is busy and varied, and the most important aspect is providing exceptional customer service! You’ll be assisting with both front and back of house queries that come through via the phone, emails, and in person whether internal or external.

Our social media communication also continues to grow so this role will involve using Live Chat and social media messaging.

Successful Candidate

As part of a dynamic and enthusiastic team you will be passionate about providing outstanding customer service. You will be well organised, have excellent communication skills and be able to cope well under pressure, never losing your cool.

You will be a natural problem solver, happy to investigate issues with web and phone orders whilst keeping customers or staff updated on their status.

You will have previous Customer Service or Front of House experience; and from the retail sector would be advantageous. You will be a confident computer user, as well as navigating our social media communication, the role will regularly involve using spreadsheets and databases. Prior experience with a CRM system would be beneficial but training will be provided.

This role is working Tuesday to Saturday, 34.5 hours per week.
