preferred or line-approved routings while providing the highest level
of customer satisfaction. Takes the initiative to improve inland
operation processes and implement methods to drive intermodal in
positioning costs down.
CX Agent-Multicarrier
Has responsibility for independently handling Customer Service tasks and interacting with both internalstakeholders and clients/Shippers.

Handles Customer service tasks on a daily
Ensure to follow Maersk LCL global guideline for operations activities.
Ensure the systems related KPIs meet requirements (timeline and correctness of Kewill update, , ICB, etc.)
Enhance the level of customer satisfaction in order to increase revenue, and anticipate and solve customer problems.
Be the primary point of contact for customers. Actively build strong relationships with customers and gain an understanding of their business, service needs and desires
Own customer experience. Collaborate with the team to achieve best-in-class Customer Service
Ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment by working closely with customer and internal stakeholders.
