Basic Salary:RM4000-RM5000
Transport/Petrol Allowance:RM500-RM800
Working Hour:Mon-Fri(8.30am-5.30pm)-Sat(8.30am-1pm)

Job Summary:
- Overseeing the production process ,drawing up a production schedule
- Ensuring that the production is cost effective
- Making sure that products are produced on timenand are good quality
- Working out the human material resources needed
- Estimating costs and setting the quality standards
- Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedule as needed
- Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programmes
- Working with the senior manager to implement the company's policies and goals
- supervising and motivation a team of workers
- Responsible for overall management and implementationof health,safety and environment (SHE) program.Plan and target safety initiatives to improve work practices
- Ensure plant complies SOP,relevant statutory and company requirement in relation to management of raw materials,enviroment(waste disposal,dust and noise)within permissible level
- Promote an environment that creates ownership of health,safety and environment by employees and ensure the development of safetyworking practicesin all areas of operation
- Ensure accidents are investigated and identified hazards rectified
- Ensure all Dos are corrected and submitted to HQ in a timely manner from the individual plant
- Ensure all production data in order and assist in the preparation of monthly management report from the individual plant
- Assist in the recruitment and selection of plant employees
- Work with superior(s)&HRD to asses and develop plant employees and develop motivation by setting achievable targets,providing feedback,coaching and counseling on performance
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
