Key Responsibilities:
- Growing new business through the development of new leads and new contacts.
- Identifying new revenue/business opportunities.
- Building Business relationships with existing and potential new clients.
- Executing Sales Strategies and Plans to grow the business in coordination with top management.
- Actively seek out new sales leads and business opportunities through active networking and utilizing business referrals.
- Meet and exceed Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly sales targets.
- Listen, identify, and understand existing clients/prospective client’s needs and deliver to their expectations.
- Participation in Government tender and RFPs for the Services.
- Liaison with the Project team for supporting an increase in revenue through various business activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business Administration preferred).
- Minimum experience of 5-6 years in Sales & BD.
- Bilingual with an exceptional written and verbal command of the English language.
- Effective Communication, Presentation & Organizational Skills.
- Knowledge of Tendering/RFP & Project Management Processes is an advantage.
- Valid Driving License.
- Must be available to join immediately.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: KD600.000 - KD650.000 per month
