(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)- Execute sourcing strategy and business plan that meets the needs and requirements of our sales team and clients by defining internal needs, analyzing market conditions and ensuring the good quality of suppliers, competitive price and good partnership with suppliers under the company's sourcing process.
- Work on the contract terms & conditions, get the best pricing, manage PO and system operation on a daily basis.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with suppliers partner, resolve supplier performance/capability issues under the company direction.
- Drive continuous improvement through market trend analysis and metrics management by suggesting and offering the new innovative, entrepreneurial ideas, practices and processes.
- Build dashboard, report, tracker with the team to control the KPI of supplier partner and monitor it daily;
- Support sales team in suggesting full options of goods, price & process in order to make proposals for clients.
- Work cross functional teams closely to run a campaign.
- Oversee the logistic budget & operation from vendor warehouse to client, delivery & receive procedure and other necessary procedures related to goods & transportation.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- 2++ years of experience at relevant positions, experience in the E-commerce company is preferred.
- Experience in sourcing diversify categories or segments
- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
