We’re opening the position of Tech Lead Full-Stack Developer (Java+React) to extend the existing team in the project of our customers. Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical part of the project

- Communicate with the developers and technical experts on the team and client-side
- Decompose the technical tasks
- Guide and mentor the team members
- Develop user-facing features following the best coding practices
- Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
- Actively participate in all Scrum activities
- Code review
- Implement User Stories
- Implement Unit Tests
- Fix defect
Requirements:
- 5+ years of commercial experience with Java and React
- Good knowledge of Spring Boot, microservices, SQL
- Good knowledge of JavaScript/HTML/CSS
- Experience with TypeScript
- Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban (Agile)
- Experience with leading the team
- English level – Upper-Intermediate and higher
Nice to have:
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB
- Experience with Snowflake
