Construction Managers (Multiple HDB / LTA Projects - GOOD PAY)
- Develop and execute a comprehensive construction schedule, ensuring efficient implementation at the site.
- Monitor and track the progress of the project, closely following the master line program.
- Optimize resource allocation and promote cost-effectiveness throughout the construction period.
- Prepare and review construction drawings, shop drawings, technical proposals, and method statements.
- Establish effective communication and coordination with clients, Qualified Persons (QP), authorities, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement rigorous Quality Control measures.
- Actively participate in all meetings, including those with consultants, technical teams, and subcontractors.
- Plan and coordinate housekeeping activities by assigning responsibilities to site engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
Degree / Diploma in Civil, Construction management.
min 5 years managerial post in a reputable company in Singapore / Malaysia.
Salary Negotiable.
