A key MSP client of GCS is hiring an Office 365 Architect for their Government department client. This role is a 12 month contract and requires an individual with exceptional and specific skills who can hit the ground running.
Responsibilities:
- Architect customized Office 365 solutions for seamless integration, scalability, and user adoption.
- Identify ways to enhance productivity using Office 365 services.
- Configure and optimize services like Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Implement identity management, migration, and security strategies.
- Collaborate on governance, security controls, and compliance.
- Develop and manage SharePoint Online sites and libraries.
- Stay updated on Office 365 trends and provide insights.
- Create documentation, reports, and deliver training.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of Office 365 experience.
- Strong Azure and Microsoft 365 expertise.
- Senior-level Azure and Microsoft 365 certifications.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
- Security knowledge: Conditional Access, App Protection, Defender Cloud App Security.
- Microsoft Graph API, Power Apps, and automation familiarity.
- Intune Endpoint Management proficiency.
- Multi-tenant configuration experience.
- Advanced data protection and encryption skills.
- Expertise in email protection and guest user management.
- Compliance center, eDiscovery, and retention policy experience.
- Troubleshooting and migration planning abilities.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills.
- Power BI reporting for Azure and M365.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and updates.
