You will be serving guests innovative wood-fired food, created by Executive Chef Roberto Rapisardi and inspired by high-end globally influenced cooking methods in a splendid, action filled environment.

Ideal Candidate:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a busy food service environment
- Experience with POS System
- Excellent customer service skills and a great personality
- Strong communications skills with fluent English essential, both written and spoken
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment
- Be presentable, reliable and punctual
- Be flexible and available to work weekends and evenings
Duties Include:
- Greeting guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Preparing the restaurant prior to opening
- Taking orders and serving food and drink
- Cleaning down of tables during and after service
- Handling various payment methods including POS System
- Ensuring guests have the best possible dining experience, encouraging their return
- Ensuring guests receive courteous attention at all times
- Regular daily cleaning duties
