We are now recruiting within our Accounts team and are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our busy team, based at our Head Office in Hessle.

Could this be the role for me?
You will be experienced in Sales Ledger/Purchase Ledger. Experience of both ledgers is preferred but not essential as training will be given. You will possess an excellent telephone manner, be highly organised and proactive. You must possess good customer service, verbal and written communication skills and be accurate and efficient in your work. In addition, you will be confident in handling queries. It's a busy environment at CarSupermarket.com, so you'll need to be comfortable working quickly and accurately in order to avoid backlogs.
The working pattern in this role is Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
We are looking for someone who has experience of
- Sales Ledger/Purchase Ledger
- Credit Control
- Internal reporting
- Month end reconciliations
In addition, you will have following skills and abilities:
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to recognise risks.
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Great communication skills
- Good standard of numeracy
- Excel Spreadsheet competence
