  • Arrange and Schedule Maintenance Servicing
  • Arrangements on Repair Work
  • Arrange Spare Parts Ordering & Collection
  • Apply for Permit To Operate
  • Arrange Transport
  • Answering Phone Calls
  • Do Quotations & Monitoring of Work Done
  • Contract Renewal
  • Maintain Proper Filing System

Requirement

  • Must be a Team Player
  • Knowledge of English (Read/Write/Spoken) is essential to assist Technicians from other countries.
  • Knowledge of Mandarin (Spoken) is essential to liaise with Chinese suppliers.
  • Mandarin: Spoken
  • Must be Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words/Excel etc)
  • Willing to learn and to commit long term
