Basic Job Functions:

Operate, Maintain And Replenish The Maintenance Repair And Operating Supplies Storeroom And The Production Supplies Storeroom As Directed In A Safe And Cost Efficient Manner.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities"

  • Organize And Administer The Maintenance Department Tools And Parts Storeroom In A Cost Efficient Manner.
  • Responsible For Maintaining A Proper Level Of Tools And Parts Inventory In Coordination With The Planning And Material Department, Preparing Purchase Order Requisitions And Obtaining The Required Approvals.
  • Do Production Data And Receipts Data Entry Along With Issues And Transfers Of Material From Stock In A Timely And Cost Efficient Manner.
  • Maintains Inventory Of Maintenance And Production Items.
  • Maintains A Proper Level Of Communications And Fosters Team Building.
  • Interfaces With Manufacturing, Maintenance And Supplier Representatives.

Experience:

  • 3 Years In A Manufacturing Environment

Education:

  • Technical Certificate /Diploma Or Equivalent

Required Skills:

  • Technical
    • Proven Organizational Skills.
    • Proven Exposure To Maintenance Administration.
    • Knowledge Of Parts Supply Administration.
    • Proven Communications Skills.
    • Knowledge Of Computer Applications.
    • Possess Problem – Solving Skills
