We are looking for CRM Support to lead the implementation of a new CRM product for our online marketing platform.
In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of a CRM implementation, including requirements analysis, solution design, data migration, testing, training, and launch.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of CRM Support experience focusing on Microsoft Dynamics or Zoho CRM.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing CRM systems in a Fintech or financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices, data management, and delivering measurable business value to analytics.
- Excellent project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.
- Track record of integrating CRM systems with other business applications, such as marketing automation tools, customer support platforms, and BI analytics tools.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree; PMP, Scrum Master, or CRM certifications a plus
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to CRM and data management, such as GDPR and CCPA, is a plus.
