We're Hiring Customer Services Executive, Gwalior
Role & Responsibilities :
* Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
* Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
* Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
* Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
* Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
* Candidate needs to handle social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc
* Must have prior knowledge of Handling Social Media Account.
* Need to handle email and inbound queries via Calls, Email & Chat
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
- Hindi (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
