A passionate Cook (Females Only) for the luxury Bed and Breakfast brand "S Chalet" having its branches across Pakistan.
The Female Cook is responsible for ensuring that the standard and quality of the food production and the hygiene within the department is maintained at the highest level at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise the preparation of all food.
- Oversee and supervise all kitchen staff.
- Manage kitchen stocks.
- Ensure catering staff are working safely at all times.
PREREQUISITES:
Education: Appropriate technical as well as professional education along with reasonable experience. Must speak, read. Write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace. .
Experience: Previous hotel-related experience required.
Physical: Requires fingering, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, hearing, and visual acuity.
Local residents of Islamabad having Hotel industry experience are encouraged to apply.
