Responsibilities
- Is up to day with RO and EU legislation
- Working closely with R&D, MK, PPGA, RA, Legal
- Act as a regulatory resource
- Ensure product and packaging compliance with technical food regulations including review and approval of ingredients and implementation of new regulatory requirements, including labelling
- Develop labelling file in line with RO and EU legislation
- CAST / food system check/approve recipe, develop label set
- Keep up to day RA data base
Qualifications
- Fluent functional knowledge in regulatory areas: EU and local legislations, all aspects related to food production, food additives, claims and communication to consumers.
- Good orientation in regulatory differences within CEGB.
- University decree in Food or Nutrition Science/Technology, Food Chemistry or similar.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong skills in standard office software.
