The Regional Implementation & Project Manager, APAC will be at the forefront of driving successful implementations and projects across the Asia-Pacific region. You'll have the opportunity to ensure the seamless delivery of implementations for our global customers, exceeding expectations in terms of timeliness, cost-efficiency, and top-notch quality.
As a key driver, you'll collaborate closely with regional teams, lead country implementation planning, maintain real-time visibility into implementations, foster effective governance, and support operational readiness for go-live and post-implementation phases. Key Accountabilities:
- Deliver implementations for global customers within agreed time, cost, and quality standards
- Collaborate with regional and local implementation teams to ensure successful project execution
- Drive country implementation scope and planning development
- Maintain implementation status visibility and conduct implementation governance
- Support operational readiness, go-live management, and post-implementation activities
- Oversee operational KPIs during the go-live hypercare period
- Contribute to the development and delivery of implementation training
- Foster continuous improvement and innovation within operational processes
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in managing regional implementations and projects
- Demonstrated success in delivering implementations within agreed time, cost, and quality standards
- Familiarity with global implementation frameworks and tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams
- Proven ability to drive implementation scope, planning, and governance
- Experience in operational readiness, go-live management, and post-implementation support
- Knowledge of performance metrics and ability to oversee operational KPIs
- Track record of fostering continuous improvement and innovation within operational processes
